Rom 10:9-18 We are once again reminded that we have a Living Faith, a Faith of Action, and we must respond.
"If you CONFESS with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and BELIEVE in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
God shows no partiality, and we are all called: "There is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all, enriching all who call upon him."
We all have a vocation, a calling from God, and we all must participate.
"But how can they call on him in whom they have not believed?" We must take time to pray, to meditate, and to grow in relationship with Our Lord.
"And how can they believe in him of whom they have not heard?" We are all called to spread the Good News; at work, at school, at home, at church, at the gym, at the grocery store...
"And how can they hear without someone to preach?" Pray for our priests. We need to understand the truth, so we can share the truth.
"And how can people preach unless they are sent?" Pray for our bishops. Pray for vocations
"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news! But not everyone has heeded the good news"
As your Beautiful feet hit the floor this morning, as you head out the door, as you start your day, ask The Lord how He wants you to Respond today.
Heed the Good News!
