Lk 14:1, 7-14 On a sabbath Jesus went to dine at the home of one of the leading Pharisees, and THE PEOPLE there WERE OBSERVING HIM CAREFULLY.
We must ALWAYS keep this in mind. GOD has blessed us with THE TRUTH, and so for us, many things are clear. Others who are struggling: either with an imperfect truth, with part of the truth, or seeking an excuse to reject THE TRUTH Watch us Carefully. We must ALWAYS be aware that we are Ambassadors of Christ- everywhere we go. People are watching us at home, at work, at the store, at a concert, at church...People are always Observing us:
Do we live what we believe? If not, why should they believe.
Do we focus on GOD in everything? If not, why should they believe.
Do we honor GOD, not only on Sunday, but every day? If not, why should they believe.
We are here, to bring others to GOD, and they are WATCHING. "THE PEOPLE there WERE OBSERVING HIM CAREFULLY "
Today, in our meditation, let us ask ourselves if we have TRULY been HIS Ambassador?
Let us ask the Holy Spirit to show us where we have fallen short.
If we ask GOD to forgive us, when we have failed HIM, HIS perfect LOVE Forgives and Forgets. So, let us start again, and ask for HIS Help, HIS Strength and HIS Direction as we keep in mind that PEOPLE are CAREFULLY OBSERVING us.
Let us Never be a stumbling block to GOD! Let us Never be an excuse for another to reject GOD.
