Ps 29 Give to the LORD, you sons of God, give to the LORD glory and praise, give to the LORD the glory due his name; adore the LORD in holy attire.
On this Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, as we approach mass, let us give God glory and praise. Every Sunday, every mass, is a celebration- a holy banquet. Let us proceed by giving Him the glory due His name.
Let us first approach Him in His word, as we meditate on His scriptures. Then let us approach Him, as we receive His precious body, blood, soul and divinity. We are to adore Him, in holy attire, at the Eucharistic Feast.
