He has 3 possible answers

Let us pray for healing for all of those who have had an abortion.

Gn 8:6-13, 20-22

"At the end of forty days Noah opened the hatch he had made in the ark, and he sent out a raven...It flew back and forth until the waters dried off from the earth.

Then he sent out a dove,...But the dove could find no place to alight and perch

He waited seven days more and again sent the dove out from the ark ... in its bill was a plucked-off olive leaf!

He waited still another seven days and then released the dove once more; and this time it did not come back."

First, there was a cleansing- in this case, 40 days. Then a period of waiting. Then a gift of hope and forgiveness. Then an opportunity to start anew.

We often EXPECT God to answer our prayers on our timetable. Noah's story teaches us to have patience, to persevere, to have hope and to have faith.

God always answers our prayers. God's answer is always perfect. God's timing is always perfect.

He has 3 possible answers: - Yes - not yet - I have something better

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.

O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
