There is so much going on in our country today that it is easy to become discouraged. But, as much as we love this country, we do not belong to this country. We belong to the Eternal City.
Let us REJOICE ! Let us take our direction from Psalm 47
"All you peoples, clap your hands, shout to God with cries of gladness, For the LORD, the Most High, the awesome, is the great King over all the earth."
Let us REJOICE! Let us be that light that leads others to Christ.
"God mounts His throne amid shouts of joy; the LORD, amid trumpet blasts. Sing praise to God, sing praise; sing praise to our King, sing praise."
Let us REJOICE! Let our response be a response of peace and charity.
"For King of all the earth is God: sing hymns of praise. God reigns over the nations, God sits upon His holy throne."
Let us REJOICE! Let us live a life of faith and hope.
"God mounts His throne to shouts of joy: a blare of trumpets for the Lord."
