We often place things/other gods before Our God: money, a sense of security, popularity, other's opinions, career, political philosophies, education...
To whom can you liken Me as an equal? says the Holy One.
The LORD is the eternal God, creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint nor grow weary, and His knowledge is beyond scrutiny. He gives strength to the fainting; for the weak He makes vigor abound. Psalm 103 He pardons all your iniquities, He heals all your ills. He redeems your life from destruction, He crowns you with kindness and compassion. Merciful and gracious is the LORD, slow to anger and abounding in kindness. Not according to our sins does He deal with us, nor does He requite us according to our crimes.
Today, we are asked, "To whom can you liken Me as an equal?"
Meditate on that challenge from the Holy One. Prepare for the coming of the Lord. Ask Him to help remove any other gods, so that we may "Lift up (y)our eyes on high and see who has created these things"
Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us.
