NEED GOD

Acts 5:12-16 Thus they even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on cots and mats so that when Peter came by, at least his shadow might fall on one or another of them.

How easy it is to believe when we feel we NEED GOD. We ALWAYS NEED GOD. We are to seek Him, not only to ASK, but also to THANK , to LEARN, and to OFFER. We should desire to always sit at His feet, and to CONSOLE His Merciful Heart.

Rev 1:9-11a, 12-13, 17-19 Write down, therefore, what you have seen, and what is happening, and what will happen afterwards.

Jn 20:19-31 Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples that are not written in this book. But these are written that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through this belief you may have life in his name.

He has left us His words, so we "may have life in His name." We should read the daily readings before mass, through the direction of the Holy Spirit. If we invite the Holy Spirit , He will guide us. Then, again, through the priest, He will guide us. Before He ascended, "He breathed on them and said to them, 'Receive the Holy Spirit.'" We too, through our Baptism, have Received the Holy Spirit. Jesus wanted us to read His Bible. Invite the Holy Spirit to help us to believe and have life in His name.
