Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Lk 1:39-58 And Mary said: “My soul PROCLAIMS the greatness of the Lord, my spirit REJOICES in God my Savior."
Do we PROCLAIM the greatness of the Lord? Do we REJOICE in God Our Savior?
When we look at Our Blessed Mother, we see Peace and Joy. When we look at the Saints, we see Peace and Joy. When others look at us, do they see Peace and Joy?
PROCLAIM: -declare something one considers important with due emphasis. -declare officially or publicly Does our SOUL shout The Greatness of The Lord? Do we have HIS Peace?
REJOICE: - to gladden - to feel great delight Is our Spirit ecstatic in GOD our Savior? Can we live HIS Joy?
Today, let us pray to Our Blessed Mother to lead us to Peace and Joy of Her SON.
Ask Her to show us how to PROCLAIM and REJOICE in Her SON.
Holy Mother of God, pray for us.
