Sainthood is eternal

Lk 16:9-15 "...for what is of human esteem is an abomination in the sight of God."

abomination - a thing that causes disgust or hatred. Syn:obscenity, outrage, evil

WOW, the thing most people strive for (human esteem) is an obscenity to God. He doesn't just dislike; He finds it an ABOMINATION.

For what should we strive - virtue, holiness, sainthood.

Human esteem is fleeting, Sainthood is eternal.
