spit you out of my mouth

Each of us, reading this, have been given a gift; have been blessed to begin a new day. How will we approach this day? Will we approach like Zacchaeus? Zacchaeus sought Jesus. He did not passively wait. LK 19:1-10 "... he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree in order to see Jesus."

Our Lord saw his enthusiasm and responded, "Zacchaeus, come down quickly, for today I must stay at your house."

After receiving this precious gift, Zacchaeus did not feel entitled, or shy. Instead, he "stood there" and confessed "Behold, half of my possessions, Lord, I shall give to the poor, and if I have extorted anything from anyone I shall repay it four times over."

When we respond, when we give, Our Lord blesses - "And Jesus said to him, 'Today salvation has come to this house."'

How will we respond? With enthusiasm, and be saved?

Or

Rv 3:1-6, will we be , "lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, [and God will] spit you out of my mouth"?

Run To The Lord!
