the standard by which you judge

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.

Rom 2:1-11 You, O man, are without excuse, every one of you who passes judgment. For by the standard by which you judge another you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the very same things.

If we misunderstand GOD'S Mercy and Charity, this warning may seem harsh. But THIS IS LOVE- correcting another's sinful behavior.

If we have established a relationship with GOD, this warning is a sign of Hope. We can take the sin of Judging to our prayer life. As we meditate, we can ask GOD for the strength to overcome this sin. With HIS help, All Things Are Possible, but we Must Ask!

- LORD, please help me to see when I have failed YOU by Judging another.

- LORD, help me to see how the weakness or fault I see in another is really a reflection of my own life.
